Michigan Golf Hall of Fame Inductees
Kammer, a long-time member of the Country Club of Detroit, is one of only two Michigan golfers to be named to the U.S. Walker Cup Team. He qualified for nine U.S. Amateurs, being a semifinalist in 1946. He won the Golf Association of Michigan Championship in 1945 and 1946, the 1960 Greenbriar Pro-AM and the 1961 Seminole Pro-Am. He was elected to the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame in 1984. Elected to the Michigan Golf Hall of Fame in 1987. |
