Jennie won 5 Michigan Women’s Amateur Championships – 1936, 1939, 1940, 1941, and 1957. She qualified for 5 US Women’s Amateur Championships and was the first local woman to qualify for the US Women’s Open. She was elected to the Michigan Golf Hall of Fame in 1990.
